I’m afraid you’re right, but I am willing to wait until he is healed and ready to go. I can always go back and reread all the nice copies of the books I now own. And this is the only thing that makes me glad I didn’t spring for the signed copies. ---

While seemingly no progress on the injury front, you can while away the time, as you’re waiting for OOTS to resume, with [some tasty metal miniatures of the gang](http://www.giantitp.com/index.html#4HKi9EL3r4A78fIyw7p). They look great, FWIW. ---

And I can certainly understand why he didn’t release that ornament five years ago. Everyone back then was almost _certain_ that Miko would be back in some way, shape or form. ---

Works for me! I had been kinda disappointed we didn’t get at least a little update for Christmas. A new strip for New Years Eve does nicely, Mr. Burlew. ---

Boy, that panel about the thumb is going to make no sense at all to a new reader going through the archives in six months. It’s still funny as a non sequitur, though. ---
