We’ve seen gnomes before. The gnomish druid who was working with Elan, for example, or the innocent merchant Belkar knifed when they were leaving Azure City. ---

Interestingly (for certain liberal definitions of “interesting”), most of\* the previous gnomes we’ve seen had pointy garden gnome caps and none of these guys do. \*I don’t think Leeky Wood-whatever, Nale’s druid, had a hat at all, did he? ---

Over on twitter, Rich says that [the new Oots book is eating his life](https://twitter.com/RichBurlew/status/519867978910011393). Apparently the book will be thicker than usual. No, there will be no kickstarter for it. Also, expect to see more of the Durkon/Durkevil saga. Those who don’t like it [will have a](https://twitter.com/RichBurlew/status/516699241000222720) “rough 2015”. Personally, I’m enjoying the strip, even with its slower pace and output. ---
