I assume he cast _Heal_ although usually the strip makes that explicit. But it’s the obvious response to getting hit with _Harm_. I guess no more spell casting for the tongueless worm? ---

The plane, BTW, is Gehenna - the LE/NE plane in which gravity is at a 45-degree angle to the ground, making it an eternal slope. ---
