OK that was definitely a pretty interesting article and I must say that the guy has a point especially if one has been drinking you tend to fall asleep right after sex, but even without alcoholic stimuli it can induce a relaxation that can lead to sleep, cuddling, or cigs if you so participate. But, I must say that that entire study Cecil spoke about the “sex\masturbation experiment” sounded like the guys who made this little experiment weren’t thinking things through super careful. They didn’t seem to follow the ole’ scientific principals stuff very well. First of all the anal probe idea they had was real real bad since that would seriously change the average persons reactions to things since most of us don’t participate in anal probing. Second of all seems they missed not only the bullseye of the idea but the entire freaking target! Masturbation is a far far far (can’t stress this enough) far reach from sex in my book. Although, masturbation is alright and can be interesting from time to time, from my recollection I have never collapsed in near exhaustion, covered in sweat, every muscle aching, heart racing unbelieveably, etc… etc… etc… from the act of masturbating… sex on the other hand… 🙂 heh heh ---

I kept expecting it to be pointed out that lotsa people have sex at night, either right when they go to bed or sometime thereafter. Why wouldn’t you be sleepy, post-orgasm, then? ---

The sentence should read “The researchers conceded that the experimental design was open to criticism on various grounds, the most telling in my opinion being that it was incredibly **stupid**.” (emphasis mine) Thank you Shadenwawa for pointing this out. I’ll let the authorities know.
