So, where did Dirty Sanchez, Rusty Trombone, Cleveland Steamer, etc come from?
I can’t believe there are so many people into weird scatological fetishes that these arose organically (correct me if I’m wrong…my head will explode, but at least I’ll have been enlightened first).
So did somebody somewhere just think of an outrageous act and then slap a silly name on it? If so, who/when/where?

They are not real. Most were made up by comedians, i think quite a few by the Southpark guys.

I know of someone who came up with a rusty trombone all on her own. (She had no idea it had a name.) Really, it’s just a rim job plus the bloody obvious.
