Orly’s making herself a champion of this cause is the best assurance it will not gain traction. And while the internet does indeed allow crazies to broadcast more widely, on balance, the internet has been a net good for discovering falsehood and lifting up truth. ---

Poor Orly. She can’t get enough attention on her Birther nonsense so she hitches her wagon to something only marginally less stupid. Still, the notion that the government will disarm those brave gun owners plays to a much larger audience and that will give her more publicity. I wonder what kind of guns she packs ? :eek: ---

Bit of advice, America: keep Mrs. Taitz away from the _Assassin’s Creed_ games. Else she’s going to start asking for search warrants to locate Obama’s Apple of Eden. That being said, she’s not really all that “out there” on this - I’ve run across quite a few gun nut sites and tweets basically asserting that some or all shooting sprees are really false flag operations designed to make guns look bad. Conspiracy nutters are gonna nut, I guess. ---
