I first saw copies of his paintings back around 1977, when the Overstreet Comic Book Price Guide highlighted him on their cover (which featured not his ducks, but a rare issue of Porky Pig – Mountie that he did). I was pretty much amazed. and he was still around, doing them, at the time.
