You know it’s also true if you look into the mirror and say “Biggie Smalls” three times, he’ll appear? Yep, it’s true. I thought it was fake, until I tried it, and he popped up and threatened to cap my ass. ---

I used the talking board years ago and found it to work fine. It was a source of much information I needed at the time. It was on the board that I met my spirit guide. The board is similar to channeling where spirit uses only your eyes and arm to control the board not your whole body. It wonder why you started to do it. I have not read all the posts, so you may have said that already. Did you ask the board the name of the spirit you were talking too? I don’t usually recommend board use but it seems you are doing it just fine. ---
