Well, I just clicked on [SkipMagic’s](http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/member.php) name, to find out more about him, and found he moderates another board, as well. :eek: Not only that, but it hyas a section called “Hyde Park Speaker’s Corner” I am in awe. I have been to England, so I have seen the kind of lecturing coming from Hyde Park, home of the soap box speaker. [Here](http://www.skipmagic.net/magicboard/index.php?showtopic=688) is the evil alernate universe version of this thread. You can tell which one it is, since it wears a goatee.
P.S. The Mod pants have not regenerated from being burnt up. ColdFire is no long listed as being a Mod. No slim-fit shirts from the 60s for him.

**Coldfire** was cool, no doubt about it, but I expect that **Skip** will fill his shoes admirably. After all, he has a hot wife too.\*
**Skip** is a bright, successful young\*\* man who is agile of mind, strong of spirit, wise in judgement, and untiring in vigilance.\*\*\* He also recently successfully negotiated a real estate purchase, so you know he can tolerate a lot of crap. I’m not saying all this stuff just to kiss his ass, either.
Am _not_.
- And I mean _smokin’_. She’s also got these red leather pants… nevermind.
\*\* Really young. I think his Mom let him drive the car for the first time just last week.
\*\*\* I expect to be banned within a week.

It should also be noted that he watches _Buffy the Vampire Slayer_ **at work** , so some of the Admins might just want to pop their head in every now and then while **Skip** ’s on duty to make sure he’s got his nose to the grindstone, y’know?
