# Our own Scylla is now internet famous, 11 years later.

My wife gave me the original post back in the day, and I nearly laughed myself sick. It was just so wonderfully evocative, especially the bit aboit the little cigar smoking man reading a Penthouse.

I note that a thread about this was closed at ATMB so I can’t ask the question there, but perhaps Twickster, if she has time could answer if the Admin does do anything about the plagiarism? I would guess no- and I will readily admit I have used by other posters which I have found clever- but to steal the whole thing is a bit over the top.

I let Ed know, and he said “Since it was just one post put up a long time ago and no money was involved, chasing down pirated copies isn’t worth a major investment of time.” He did appreciate being apprised of the situation though.
