# Outland - Best downloadable platformer on 360. I just downloaded this and it’s friggin awesome. It’s basically an action adventure game in the vein of Metroid where you run around level and collect skills to reach further places etc… It’s getting rave reviews pretty much across the board. The platforming is no joke and is not a cakewalk. You have to control your color as you move through bullets and traps and whatnot. Hard to explain here. Here’s a review that covers it pretty well. I downloaded the demo. It’s a beautiful game, and the controls are simple , and the red/blue thing is a cool twist. I’m still undecided whether I’m gonna get the full game or not, because I’m not really a fan of platformers. I enjoyed the half hour I spent on the demo, but all the timed jump kind of stuff might really annoy me after a while. It’s pretty cheap, though, so I’m leaning towards getting it. ---

I’ve been playing the hell out of it. The controls are silky smooth but it gets TOUGH later on. Changing colors while falling through reds and blues is a challenge. Highly recommend this game. Especially for only $10. ---

Ok has any one else tried this game now that it’s been out for a few weeks?
