# Outlook 2000 Question

Is there a way to send a recurring email. The text will be the same and the address will be the same everyday. Just that it’s quite an extensive email and I need to send it every day to the same person for compliance reasons.

Is there a way ??

I have to so something similar. I have to tell people their jobs are ready, and uploaded to a server.

I made a ‘signature’ that has the entire message in it, and I just drop in that ‘sig’ and send it. Of course, I have to manually open and send the message, but for my purpose, it’s just fine.
