# Outlook Calndar Help

The previous person in my job was an Outlook Calendar junkie. She set up what appears to be 8 ZILLION recurring meetings and appointments and phone cons in Outlook.

And they’re still there popping up all the damn time. It’s enough to force me to use Eudora for email.

Anyone know how I can clear all appointments, meetings, and so forth for a calendar in Outlook 2002?

You mean you want to completely delete every event, appointment, etc.?

Easiest way is:

Go to calendar. View, Current View. Choose Events. You’ll see all entries listed. Ctrl-A, Delete. No more appointments.
