# Outlook Express for Gmail

Is there a way to use my Outlook to access my gmail account? I’ve never used the Outlook on this PC, and if I open it I can set up a mail account, but I have no clue as to what to do from there. Any help please?

Try [this Gmail help page](https://mail.google.com/support/bin/topic.py?topic=1555), which discusses how to set up Gmail as a POP account so you can use an application other than your browser as a mail reader.
