# Overhaul needed in DWI law & enforcement?

Since my iPhone does not have copy and paste, yet, anyone interested should check out an article in the wall street journal. My read on that is there is no sea change of opinions on DUI, questions are being asked, with reference to MADD wanting indash breathalysers.
