Underrated. She generates a lot of irrational hate, and is certainly flawed in many ways, but she’s also one of the most successful and accomplished female politicians we’ve ever had. For the most part, the hate is undeserved. **French toast.** ---

Speaking as a reluctant Francophile… it definitely isn’t OVERrated. To borrow Iron Man’s quote about Captain America, Paris “kind of lives up to the legend.” I’d like to say neither over nor under, but if I had to pick one? Underrated. Precisely because so many people are prepared to be disapointed by Paris… but they rarely are. **Box Stores** ---

Underrated, from an architectural perspective.
