What usually works for me is taking about 4 ibuprofen tablets. I don’t mess with that pansy 1 or 2 stuff, I go straight for the overkill. ---

I, for one, prefer combining yer regular old Extra Strength Tylenol with Ibuprofin for most of my pains. Works like a charm. But just FYI, ibuprofin can actually cause headaches. so I’ve been told. ---

Just wanted to add: that bonk on the head was worse than being whacked on the nose by a bowl of bird seed but not as bad as falling off my chair and getting a caster arm square between the butt cheeks! ---

Oh dear, back spasms, you poor thing. Probably what you need is to lie down in a quiet place with a good book and handful of muscle relaxants. \ But No, you are at working, _slaving_ for a thankless troglodyte. Can you go home? Or at least adjust your chair so it’s not making it worse? ---

A tip for the Advil[sup]TM[/sup] overindulgers amongst us (myself included)… Ibuprofen works much better on an empty stomach. ---

medicinal marijuana sounds pretty good - now that it’s legal and all. Actually, crack cocaine is even appealing at this point. Headaches suk. Not as bad as a caster arm between the butt cheeks, but pretty bad all the same.
