# Paging Popeye! (Tell me how you cook spinach.)

I thought I responded to this. My mom taught me to make it like fried rice. You boil it and put an egg in it.

But I only do this for canned spinach. Fresh is always eaten raw in salads, and frozen is cooked and eaten straight.
