Again, you need to start on a low dose, and then when the wooziness abates (should be gone within a week), increase it. Still doesn’t always work, but if you start on a high dose it’s pretty much guaranteed to make you loopy.

All of this said, the Lumbar/ SI decay is directly connected to a violent spinal injury in September of 2000. After more than 20 years, payback’s a bitch. My gosh I wish I’d never gone up that ladder without someone footing it…the entire vector of my life would have shifted. Some for the better, some for the worse- so who can say? But pain-wise, it would have been lovely to have NOT broken my L-3 wide open.
