# Pain sensitivity?

What parts of the body are the most/least sensitive to pain? With the execption of the brain, which I understand does not experience pain.

Just a layperson’s opinion:

My fingertips are pretty insensitive, as I’m sure most people’s are. Long ago, I used to push straight pins through the tough skin on the tips just to freak people out. It never hurt a bit. (No, I’m not a freak.)
