# Palin Resigns as Gov?  WTF?

And he WAS retreating, but he had a sense of humor about it. Palin isn’t smart enough to know the difference. It’s like the sum of her education was late night cram sessions with Bartlett’s.

Though I do believe some have attributed that quote to MacArthur as well.
