Can anyone in their right mind imagine Palin and her trashy family occupying the White House? Kids will be kids and all that, but if Palin can’t handle such situations with more tact and grace, I don’t see how she expects to be treated seriously on an international stage. ---

I used to think the nearly year-long and cumbersome American primary system was ridiculous but since it will almost certainly keep a flash-in-the-pan like Palin out of office (i.e. if she tries for the nomination, she’ll have to compete with members of her own party who are just as ambitious as her, but way smarter), I have to admit it’s not all bad. ---

After listening to the audio of the North Korea kerfuffle, I agree with Palin that she simply misspoke and it shouldn’t have been a big deal. After reading her snide, mean, petty little reactions and her defense of Willow, I agree with anyone who thinks she’s really, deeply unpleasant. ---
