There are many possible reasons but I can’t help but believe that the main reason is that when he points to somebody and says “I want them in jail” he doesn’t wanna hear excuses like “There’s no probable cause” or “The grand jury won’t indict” or “It’s unconstitutional.” As bad as Pam is I’m afraid the next one will be worse. If Trump has a choice he’s always going to go with more obsequious. It’s his favorite trait in a toady. ---
