I had the buzzer go off BEFORE my food was ready…they were still plating my order, but had already activated the buzzer. I assume this is because of the ‘target’ times. The few times I’ve had something wrong, the staff was very helpful. Normally it’s because they put chips on my plate instead of my apple…an easy fix, but since it was handled the right way, it wasn’t a big deal. If they had been rude about it…I’d have a very different opinion. I did have fun with my cashier on Saturday. She asked me my name. Since I had provided my Panera card, I was pretty sure she already had it - I’ve had cashiers tell me my name from it before. This one said she always asks, because some customers are ‘freaked out’ that she already has it. Then she tried sell me a pastry. I reminded her that I turned down the free pastry I have as a reward…so no, I didn’t want to buy one. 🙂 It was all very friendly. -D/a ---

The bacon turkey bravo is the best thing on the menu at Panera… I’ve been going there for years as well and order it almost every time… and the ingredients are on the internet… ---

Yes, I would like the iced green tea, please.” I think that’s the only meal I have ever ordered in a Panera or StL Bread Company. I am sure some of that other junk is good, but that’s what I want if I go there. ---
