Heck, I have fifteen books listed so far and not one of them was reserved or has been requested yet. So I would consider a few reserves already to mean you were reading some pretty good/or at least popular stuff. 😃 ---

I’ve sold two from my list so far: - The old version of “On Food and Cooking” by Harold McGee (I bought the new version a few months ago) - “Postcards from the Pug Bus” - a badly written book of pug stories. So much for “good” or “popular”! ---

I posted 10 yesterday and 8 have been reserved. I mailed out three today and confirmed with the post office that the postage listed on the printable mailers was correct. (I was a bit concerned about the condition of few of the books I wanted to list and not sure if they were up to PBS’s standards so I just held those ones back and gave them away on my journal.) So far so good! My husband was thrilled I was getting rid of some of my books. Little does he know… ---

Little does he know… [/QUOTE] I told my husband this as well, because eventually I’m going to lose my library and will need to downsize quite a bit in the book department. That’s why I do box-o-books on the site. Sometimes I give people awesome deals of 10 books for 1 credit. This results in getting rid of some of my books without adding too much to my collection. (I got rid of 70+ Destroyer paperbacks in one fell swoop through box-o-books–there was no way I wanted to wait for them to slowly trickle away when I was never going to read them again.) Now I have a bunch of credits and have to carefully choose how to use them so that I am still meeting my ultimate goal of less books. ETA: This thread reminded me to list some more books over the weekend and I got rid of 15 more! ---
