She looks like a university student to me. She’s apparently autistic so her facial expressions can be a bit different than expected but she doesn’t look preternaturally young or anything. ---

She’s on the short side (online sources differ as to her height, but the anonymous cops in the pictures tower over her) and has chubby cheeks, which make her look younger. Prepubescent girls look very different. ---

She’s petite and wears her hair in styles that do make her look younger, in addition to little or no makeup. ---

I want to retract my comment about her looks. In googling around to try to answer my own question, I see that claims that she has avoided puberty seems to stem from smears/criticism of her. She has acknowledged her autism (her “super power”), and apparently did not eat well before finding her cause as an activist. Anyone seriously into any protest movement knows that the possibility exists of getting arrested for it, and further knows that that’ll just increase the visibility of their protest. No reason she should look upset in that arrest photo; she’s winning. ---

I think I’d be a lot calmer while being arrested for protesting in e.g. Sweden than in e.g. Russia or Iran. I’m sure there’s a thug or two somewhere in the Swedish police forces, but not quite like in those other places. ---
