… or find a new babysitter, one who comes with qualifications like that.

One post and the OP never comes back. She must not’ve read what she was hoping to see.
FTR, I’d wonder if the babysitter beat the kid. And certainly having a head injury followed by vomiting should warrent at least going to check on your child.
