I just finished writing my english paper on Puritanism in early American literature (yawn) and I could use a little help. I need to find out how to cite a story and a poem using parenthetical notation. The paper’s due tomorrow at twelve (i might have procrastinated a little bit 😃 ) so I’d really, really appreciate it if anybody could offer any help, 'cause then I can go and get some desperately needed sleep :).

Don’t know either, but bump

Are there online guides that have this?

O, wait, a search for “parenthetical notation” and “citation” turned up this site:

which links to

which seems to explain it all. HTH
