I saw The Shining when I was fairly young. My dad was volatile, abusive, and has always had a strong resemblance to Jack Nicholson, making it a moderately traumatic experience. Although now it’s one of my favorite movies of all time. Go figure! ---

Judging by the number of people who have mentioned it in this thread, I’m thinking it’s a pretty safe bet it’s a high percentage. :eek: Oh, and add in Eight Below to that list. Another movie I plan to eradicate from the face of the earth. ---
