# Partner "sexual conduct" contract

Not exactly sure what they are called. I have read about them a time or two in the past but one has entered in evidence in a local murder trial. And many details have made the paper.

Among other things, this 14 page contract stated the wife would not shave her legs or armpits and that she would submit to certain sex acts including bestiality. The husband would attend her gynecology exams.

In a previous case I recall the wife defended the contract (which even included mandatory times of day for sexual activities, bonuses for initiating anal sex, etc).

Must have been some interesting dates as they began to think about marriage. Dennis

So murder of spouse was among the actions actually contemplated in this contract? What were the exact terms and conditions of that?

No. The contract is just being used as evidence that the relationship might have motivated the wife to kill her dominant/abusive husband. The wife says it was just a part of BDSM play, the prosecutor says it’s motive for murder.
