Plus, we don’t have to use the whole week – it’s boring for everyone if people, esp. the hosts, just disappear for long stretches. There’s no penalty on you for posting whatever you want to in this thread, as long as you’re not making Official Guesses – ask people questions, talk to your fellow hosts, whatever. ---

[/QUOTE] I’d better anther your quethtion, letht I wake up thor. :eek: I would probably vote for Obama first out of all the available, reasonably likely candidates. If you restricted me to the Republican candidates, I’d go for Ron Paul. I think he would provide a nice shake-up to the system, yet would find himself unable to get any of his _really_ nutty ideas (Gold standard? Dissolving the FBI??) past Congress. In all honesty, though, I don’t feel 100% great about any of the candidates. I’m hoping one of the Democrats will really separate him- or herself from the pack during the campaign and (especially) debates. Either Clinton, Obama or Edwards could do a lot to assuage my concerns about them by coming off knowledgeable, honest and charismatic. ---

(Host notes: As far as Kat’s quirk goes, is there anything else the players she mentions or quotes in her posts have in common? I have an inkling, but I need to keep poking. Also, I think OneCentStamp just violated his quirk again in his last post - other than the two posts he got mod-thumped for, he has never used any conjugation of the verb _to be_, but I’d need to reread him again to use an official guess. Malcandra’s answers probably need to be crosschecked with Google or something. I’m not narrowing him down at all.
