My damned boss, always annoying me to sign my timesheets. No concerns of my work, if I’m okay, or if I’m fulfilling my duties… nope… only making sure they bill me. It is only with regard to “Almighty Dollar”. That is everything I’d gotten from them in an entire week. Well, no more; I’d show them! My volume raised, standing tall… voices bellowed throughout my office, echoed from cold hard concrete wall. Argument ensued, my word flew like shot, he… like cannon fodder. My effort… naught, as then I’d lose my employment… sigh. Mayhap that explains my foul mood… yeah, that is it. It is because I’m unemployed as of Thursday. Then, to finish me temper… no bloody cake here. ARGH! ---
