# Pat Robertson Warns Flock Against "Scamsters In Religious Garb"

In his defense, Robertson wears suits instead of religious garb so by his statement he doesn’t count.

One of the best ways to convince someone that you are legit is to warn them of other scammers. Obviously a scam artist wouldn’t warn you about scams, right?

Though, honestly, I think Robertson believes what he preaches, which makes him not a scammer. It’s like how most prosperity preachers really did go out on a limb for God and wind up with more money. And most rich people really did work hard and wound up getting money. Correlation implies causation to nearly everyone.

Being on message boards pegs your irony meter so often it is constantly getting being reset, adjusted, and repaired. As a result at age 59 you have the irony meter of a 22-yr-old, but you have the advantage of knowing that anyone wearing a tiny fedora looks like a dork.
