I know what a rape kit is. The identity of the person she had sex with isn’t at stake. My opinion would be no different if she hadn’t submitted to one The only question is did a rape occur? The most likely scenarios are: 1. She went to the nightclub looking for Kane specifically. She had a plan to bait him by flirting with, having drinks, then go home with him and then claim rape. 2. She was interested in being more than a one night stand. When she found out she was just a quickie, she used the rape card as revenge. I’m quite interested in finding out more about the NFL players this woman has been associated with in the past. That’s pretty remarkable for a 21 year old. Perhaps she’s quite a looker or perhaps she comes from a wealthy family since supposedly her expensive lawyer was once retained by her father. ---

So let’s say that’s right, she was flirting with him, went home with him, etc. Does that mean she’s not allowed to change her mind? Besides, she wasn’t the one who wanted to go to his place. I don’t care if she’s the sluttiest slut that ever did slut – that doesn’t mean she she’s not allowed to say no. Even to the great Patrick Kane. The most likely scenario is that you’re a fucking tool with some serious issues about women. ---

Obviously , she can say no once she’s at his house. Even if she’s been throwing herself at him all night. Maybe she didn’t want to go to his place, that’s what the friend alleges. Remember, they were driven there by an off duty police officer. ---

It’s part of the answer to your “only question.” And even a chucklehead like yourself is capable of appreciating that the collection of physical evidence can be critical to answering that question. And if she had not gone and allow that evidence to be collected, there is not a fucking chance in the world that you wouldn’t be in here god-I-hope-drunkenly ranting about how she didn’t even cooperate with authorities and allow the world its due entitlement to inspect her body and put her on trial. Boy, that site [sportsmockery.com](http://sportsmockery.com) is awful. The guys who run/built that site have no journalism background at all, and it shows from the drivel that is linked there. It took me a while to convince myself that it wasn’t a parody/satire site. I’m sure there’s a parallel site somewhere for New York sports, but thankfully I’m unaware of it. ---
