Unless they constantly change the definition of sexual violence… For males, sure it’s embarrassing to have your shorts yanked down in 8th grade gym class, but hardly an act of ‘sexual violence’ ---

Perhaps it’s not unprofessional by lawyerly standards but I would not be interested in hiring someone who behaves like that whether they’re a lawyer, plumber, doctor or piano teacher. ---

I agree. I mean it’s “not unprofessional” in the sense that it wouldn’t justify bar discipline. I wouldn’t say it _is_ professional behavior. In fact, if he’d asked me I would tell him not to talk about litigated cases on Facebook at all. No good can come of it; the Court of Public Opinion is not going to acquit Kane based on assertions made by his own attorney. ---
