# Paul Bettany to play the Vision in "Avengers 2"

Well… I’m excited. Vision gets us that much closer to a West Coast Avengers movie. Which is a necessary precursor for what I really want to see: The Great Lakes Avengers Movie!!!

The comics have a bad habit of tying themselves in knots to try to glean some of the films’ popularity. But doing so would be stupid here - if you kill off people’s favourite character in the movies, you’re not going to get them reading comics just because you kill him off there too.
