This came up as a suggestion on my YouTube feed this morning. I watched the first few minutes of it, but having no idea whatsoever who Paul Harrell was, it didn’t hold my attention.

I’m very sorry. I try to limit myself to the pit because I have a lot of “speeding tickets” built up by my swearing and posting imprudently in other catagories.
I am hoping that, in time, the speeding ticket points that I have accumulated will go away… but I try to limit myself to this forum because I often curse and because I truly hate Donald “John Baron” Trump.
I hope that people will understand and will be patient with me. Thanks!

I’ve been watching him for a couple of years and my guess would be not a leftist but it would only be a guess.
Meanwhile I do know of one leftist firearms YouTuber and one leftist firearms adjacent YouTuber.

I believe ( possibly wrongly ) that he used to be FBI back in the day. Honestly, I feel it’s wrong to slag the FBI. I know 1-2 people who went that route and they were all HTG salt of the earth.
I’m no gun nut; I was a good shot in my youth, but that was before I saw buying a gun, ammo, targets, and shooting same as a wasteful way to piss away money… possibly even worse than drinking alcohol.
That said, Paul Harrell made sense… and he had a sense of humor that I could understand. Maybe I’m just old. That said, maybe he never should have had cancer, maybe it was a mistake to lose him so soon and maybe any god that might exist couldn’t possibly be infallible given that.
I guess he’s just another amazing human being that I was destined to never meet before he/she died. I’d like to spend a day listing links to all of his Youtube videos, but I guess that would just be both disrespectful and obnoxious.
I know, I know… I’m already disrespectful and obnoxious… but the man is dead.

“I’m Dead” great final video title at least. He was one of the better guntubers to watch, often lengthy and not to the point, but worth a watch like some cool uncle with stories.

Not sure what FBI has to do with anything? He was in the military for a time, don’t remember talking about it much and certainly didn’t use it as an automatic stamp of expertise like some blowhards.
He was pretty quiet about his private life, I think even his brother came out of left field. He has at least one self-defence incident which you can find if you care to look for, but I’m not sure he’s commented on it.

I have been a Paul Harrell subscriber for years. I knew that he was ill and that his time was short. I watched the “I’m Dead” video this morning. He was gracious to the end.
