Am I the only one that keeps conflating Paul Ryan and Rand Paul? I realize that, although both are fans of Ayn Rand, they have opposite temperaments and come from opposite ends of the “Republican ideology” (if that term isn’t an oxymoron).
I like Rand Paul a lot better. He seems like the lovable schizophrenic uncle you take out on Sundays. Paul Ryan seems like he’d feel at home feeding the furnaces in a death camp.
Heck, every time I read Ron Paul, my mind conflates Ru Paul and Ron Popeil. Ouch.
