The other day I came up with a brand new thing to have with my peanut butter. Chocolate chips! Amazing! Why hadn’t I thought of this before? So now I think that dopers must have tried every possible thing to have with PB so you can tell me what you think is good. FTr I also enjoy having cold spaghetti in my PB sandwich. ---

PB and: sharp cheddar aerosol cheese sharp cheddar regular cheese 'nanners, fried in lard or butter baloney/hot dogs ice cream of almost any flavor whipped cream marshmallows Ruffles potato chips I’m sure I can think of some more. ---

I like: PB&J, of course PB and Honey PB and banana Chocolate chips sounds awfully good. I think that would DEFINITELY be added to my list if I had it. ---

When I was a kid, I used to eat peanut butter and butter sandwiches all the time. It grossed people out for some reason… Try some peanut putter and raisins, they go to gether well as ‘ants on a log’ (that celery topped with peanut butter and raisins snack). ---

Haven’t tried bacon yet. Sounds gross, but maybe I’ll give it a go. After all, if it was good enough for the King… The best 'tater chips to use is barbeque flavor. (IMHO, of course) Anyone tried apples? They usually don’t find their way into my samiches, but I love to spread PB on slices of 'em! Usually when I have a peanut butter sandwich, I just add _more peanut butter!_ ---

PB and shredded carrots PB and Red Hots PB mixed with honey and toasted sesame seeds, topped with halved seedless grapes PB and alfalfa sprouts PB on waffles with maple syrup … and I second the calls for it with Nutella, raisins or lettuce. ---

[/David Spade] Mmmmmm…peanut butter… Silly question, but can you freeze peanut butter? I love it, but due to its high fat/calorie content, can’t eat as much as I’d like. If it’s sitting in the cupboard, it calls to me to attack it with a spoon. I think if it was in the freezer I might be able to deal with it. So can it be frozen, or would it really muck it up?? ---
