I am a Mac person who occasionally has reason to work in a PC environment. In Windows, one thing I really hate is the “application window”. If you’re familiar with both operating systems, you know that the Mac only gives you document windows, and that as a result you can [intersperse the documents of several concurrently running applications on your screen](http://home.earthlink.net/~ahunter/temp/MultiApps.jpg).

I’m well aware that many PC users find the Mac way cluttered and/or confusing (and I’m not trying to start yet another platform war), but I’m very accustomed to it and strongly prefer it. Is there a PC user-interface-tweaker available that kills the PC application window and mimics the Mac system of putting the active apps’s menus up top?
