Last time I shopped, I got a jar of regular salsa, because I was out, and a big jar of peach-pineapple salsa, because it was on sale, so what the hell. I figured it would be good on broiled chicken (it is)… Just made a simple cheese omelet and put a couple of spoonsful on that … yummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. ---

Yep. sweet salsas are great. Newman’s Own has a good one. Sweet salsa over cream cheese and crackers, very good. Sweet salsa with smoky cheeses= amazing. Put some curry powder in there and it becomes luscious and delicious. ---

My wife makes some awesome mango salsa. It’s pretty easy to build too, as it’s basically mango, cilantro and onion. ---

Ocean Spray used to make a tasty cranberry salsa, but it appears to not be available anymore…:mad: but wait! here’s a recipe Cranberry Salsa salsa ingredients: 275 g Ocean Spray® Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce 1 Small red onion chopped finely 1 Large clove garlic crushed 2 tablespoons fresh dill chopped few drops Tabasco sauce Zest of 1 lemon Salt and pepper to taste ---

I love cranberries, and that sounds very good – I’ll definitely give it a try.
