When we were visiting Colonial Williamsburg, my wife took a liking to the authentic colonial-style peanut soup available at one of the old-timey taverns there. Does anyone know whether such peanut soup is available somewhere closer to Washington? ---

The Native American museum has a large, multitribal cafeteria with delights from every part of the country. They had a peanut soup when I was there last year. ---

Ooohhh. Does anyone have a recipe? Do you use peanuts or peanut sauce? _Holds up bottle of peanut sauce_. I love that stuff and I’m trying to find things to do with it. ---

I had the same peanut soup in Williamsburg when I was a little girl, and I always remember it. It was so delicious! I’m glad they still serve it!! ---
