# Peanuts give me gas; peanut butter doesn't

What’s up with that?

It’s not the quantity because I often eat peanut butter by the spoonful.

I wonder if there’s something in peanut butter that I could eat when I eat peanuts to help.

On a similar note – I can eat peanuts with no problem, but peanut butter – even all-natural, no sugar or fat added, makes me sick as a dog.

I get that alot … although the Great Debaters are rarely as impressed. 😉
