Iām giving up sweets for Lent, so Iāll have to get my Easter candy fix now. Then, on Good Friday, Iāll load up on Peeps, Cadbury eggs, and pastel M&Mās, and start binging at 12:01 Sunday morning.

Ahhh! STALE peeps are the best! Iām rarely patient enough to properly age them though. I love when the thin little tail area goes all stiff and chewy.

I tried that once, but it just got very big. It didnāt compare taste-wise to stale ones.
Cadbury Cream eggs were they best thing in the world when I was a kid. I thought I could crack them and make scambled eggs with them. mmmmā¦

I like peeps, but my favorite Easter candy has to be those Cadbury mini-eggs. Not the cream-filled eggs, but the little ones that are solid chocolate with an M & M-like coating. I ate an appalling number of those last year.
I havenāt seen any Easter candy yet. Easter is late this yearā¦in fact, itās more than two months away. I guess the manufacturers of Peeps want to get them in the stores early and give yāall plenty of time to get those things stale before the holiday! š

Those hideous yellow birds are the main reason I believe in Satan. The only thing more evil than Peeps, is the dreaded circus peanut.
