Pentagon leak of documents related to Ukraine invasion

Gosh, do you think he’ll get a special motorcade to his arraignment, followed by being set free with no bail to go have lunch with promise lunch and then stiff the adoring crowds?

Teixeira, who currently remains in federal custody, was arrested by armed FBI agents at his family home in April this year.

The problem starts at the top.

Massachusetts Air National Guard member Jack Teixeira pleaded guilty on Monday to leaking highly classified military documents about the war in Ukraine and other national security secrets under a deal with prosecutors that calls for him to serve at least 11 years in prison.

Teixeira, of North Dighton, Massachusetts, pleaded guilty to six counts of willful retention and transmission of national defense information under the Espionage Act nearly a year after he was arrested in the most consequential national security leak in years.
