I did (got a 10), and on this same laptop, too.
The scarlet and the red are very different. Tapestry Green looks snot yellow, with the slightest tinge of green.

After 7 years as a dispatcher, you’d think I’d be baffle-proof. But I am continually gobsmacked and amazed at the people who call in here _who don’t know their own freaking address_. Actual quote from some goober I talked to a few days ago:

How. The hell. Do you live somewhere and not know the address? Isn’t that usually the FIRST thing you inquire about when moving to a new place?

Not sure which side of this really gets the “stupid” label, but:
We were in a (non-Apple) store and they had three of the new iPod Nanos (that come in, like, nine colors) in a display case. A blue one, a silver one, and a black one. The person I was with asked the store clerk, “What colors do you have these in?”
The clerk very slowly and deliberately, as if talking to a two-year old, and while pointing at each one in turn said, “Blue. Silver. Black”.
Ok, maybe not the brightest question ever asked, but stores HAVE been known to put some models of an item out on display, and have others in the back somewhere. It wasn’t totally beyond possibility that this store had some of the other colors, but hadn’t put all colors in the display case, was it?

A woman I worked for got a message via fax. Trouble was, the message was in German. She asked if anyone in the office knew German and I cheerfully announced “I can read German if I know what it says!”

I think this is key. Maybe I’m remembering with my old guy hat still on, but it seems to me that when I was a teenager/twentyager, it was a sign of manliness to show you an control yourself in most things including drinking. It wasn’t so much HAR HAR, but, man, you need to learn how to drink. Not as in alcoholic–drinking 20 beers (not enough money to do that most summer nights), but in pacing yourself over the evening.
That’s not to say we didn’t get drunk, but it was the “culmination” of the evening rather than getting shitfaced in the first hour and puking your evening away.

I would say that a significant number of people in Dubai do not know their proper address. Most people give their address along the lines of “Turn left after the orange billboard by the shawarma stand”. They are trying to fix this but its very ingrained in the culture. As one place I lived there, I didn’t know the address… I am not sure it even had one.
Now my contribution: Not something said exactly, but there was a sign in the lift in my apartment building that said “This elevator only goes up and down.” Someone decided that information did not need to be posted and removed the sign. 😃

That “green” tissue looks very yellow to me. And I scored a perfect 0 on that color test.
Also, on my monitor, those reds are very different. The scarlet is very deep red, and the red is quite bright and almost a fuschia or at least a few shades lighter.

heard on the bus:
SHE: “How do people with prosthetics move them? I mean, there’s this guy that had bars for legs and he runs! how can he get them to swing forward (as in take a step)? they must be connected to his nerves at the end of the stump!”
HE:" What if they’re damaged (nerves)? they must have to dig deep to wire it all together!"
I think it’s more in the ignorance category than sheer stupidity. What i did find stupid is that they both had Iphones that they were comparing facebook pages (ie having wireless internet access) before the conversation above. Why not a quick google search?
At first i thought they meant (SFW) [him](http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-566860/Blade-Runner-sprinter-legs-wins-right-compete-Olympics.html), but his legs end at the shins. [These](http://www.damninteresting.com/?p=336) prosthetic legs what got them gobsmacked i think.

Actually, I scored a 4 on the hue test using the same monitor, so in theory my colour perception should be pretty damn good. I’m not arguing that the shade has a fair bit of green to it, but it leans so far to yellow that I’d call it “greenish yellow” vs “yellowish green”.
