Not so much a mispelling, but people really should learn what you do with dead people. You don’t _inter_ them at the funeral home. The front lawn of Gates Kingsley Gates would fill up very quickly if you did that. _Inter_ comes from Latin roots meaning “into the earth”, i.e.=“buried”. Also, you never _intern_ dead people. Corpses make terrible interns, and lack that bright-eyed bushy-tailed aspect you look for in unpaid trainee labor. (Yeah, I know, “to intern” someone really means to imprison them, but the other meaning of intern had more humorous potential.) ---

But I personally think I’m a dreadful typist, I’m always making mirror image errors and getting a word all scrambled. I don’t mind people who can’t spelll correctly, what drives me bonkers is people who WON’T spell correctly. When a person works in a business or professional (or bisnise :D) setting, really, memos, procedures manuals, things of this nature, if you’re not sure, look it up. And for Goodness sake, PROOF READ. The gym I work at drives me nuts this way, they allow errors to go out in the damn newsletters to club members. Stupid ones too, like your/you’re type errors. I’m not talking some teensy little one man operation, this is a local chain with 14 locations statewide. ---
