Since Pierre Corneille did his writing in the 17th century, it can be assumed that his views on gender are inconsistent in many ways with modern society. That said, people can be deceitful. Men and women are both people. ---

So are your hearts, lungs, everything, because your whole bodies are smaller, on average.
