# People Who Empty Their Ashtrays In The Garbage

Well. Color me confused. Seems to be, if a smoker drops their butt out a car window, they get flamed. Rightfully so. Littering, destroying the environment and all that. But if the smoker puts the butt out in their ashtray and later throws it in the trash vs. makes a dead butt sculpture in their basement, they get flamed.

Seems to be a damned if you do, damned if you don’t kinda situation to me.
