Whenever I drive down that way, I always think that Livingston Kirby (or Kirby Livingston) would be a great name for a soap opera heart-throb. ---

I had to admire a girl I knew in college - Lyric Stoner. Come on…who doesn’t want to hang out with Lyric Stoner? “Lyric Stoner is throwing a party, want to go?” “Hell yeah!” Also Anastasia Beaverhausen cracks me up every time. The four syllable first name, one syllable last name idea has merit. I have a one syllable last name so now I am trying to think of four syllable first names for future children. The name we had picked out for our last child would have worked if he had been a girl, but that name is getting too trendy so I don’t know if I would use it now. ---

I absolutely love this name: Zooey Deschanel (Will Ferrell’s love interest in “Elf”) I just like the way it rolls off the tongue! I also think Joaquin Phoenix is a great name. I knew a girl in college named Indira Grant. She was gorgeous and extremely cool. How could you not be with that name? ---
